Designer and builder Pete Bowman has produced and developed designs of contemporary and traditional homes for over 14 years, independently and in collaboration with Studio Talo Architecture, Amy Reichert Architecture & Design, Waechter Architects, and Environs Development. His expertise spans from schematic design to complete permit and construction drawings to construction management and production.

Pete’s Urban Farmhouse design was a short-listed finalist for the 2019 Disruptive Design competition in Chicago, initiated by the Chicago Housing Policy Task Force, seeking to address the challenges associated with designing and building affordable, owner-occupied housing.
